They will then be better suited for leading and motivating their staff and thus produce fantastic results. To be a successful manager means having a wide range of skills. Through this workshop, you will be able to disperse your knowledge and experience throughout your leadership team.
Manager Management takes a special type of leader. This workshop will expand your participant’s knowledge and provide a way for them to teach and lead new and experienced managers. As every manager knows that learning never stops, this workshop will have something for everyone.

– Those moving to a senior management position and will be managing and developing managers reporting to them.

– Explain and apply leadership in the various styles and the effects each style has to influence.

– Groom, mentor and motivate your managers, and shape them to be the best managers possible..

Getting Started

Just to make sure the experience is as smooth as possible we’d like to suggest a couple of things you may or will need to get on with the course:
– While we are happy for anyone to enrol in the course, we suggest that you should be at least managing/leading a team (big or small) or preparing for a role that requires your leadership skills
– Internet connection is a big must
– Readiness to learn, remember this is about you and so you need to be ready to take time to yourself and motivate yourself
– Maybe something to write some notes down or ideas, but don’t worry the course documents can be downloaded at the end of the course for you to review and use at any time
